Experiencing the Joe Rogan World

This is an exciting piece for me to be writing about as I continue my journey through what I call the ‘Joe Rogan World.’ I am referring to the world of experiences I have had as I discover people more in-depth on Joe Rogan’s podcast than anywhere else. I listen to the Joe Rogan Experience on various platforms, but all can be found on his website. The first time I discovered him, he was hosting Elon Musk on his show. Being a huge Musk fan, it was natural for me to be completely indulged into the whole “experience” as I listened to two more-than-unique individuals converse about some of the most interesting topics, such as businesses, the future of transportation, interplanetary exploration, or the composition of today’s genius himself, Elon Musk. Racking up more than 22 million views as of today, it is no wonder that Rogan touches base on subjects, people, and theories or philosophies that people are genuinely interested in.

Main difference between podcasts and everything else…

Unlike content that’s released everyday on news stations, radio shows, or even vlogs on sites like YouTube, podcasts seem to be taking over the internet by storm; as there is an unfiltered approach to topics that people are absolutely curious about. It’s an easily consumable and free resource that offers more than just newfound knowledge. It offers a change of perspective, a raw and unfiltered glimpse into the life of individuals we may have never heard about or gotten to know thoroughly, and a creative discovery of knowledge that producers all backgrounds can share with an ever-growing audience. In fact, I have even practiced language-learning on Google Podcasts, such as Cantonese, since I’m interested in continuing my knowledge of languages.

Why Joe Rogan?

Well, Joe Rogan continues to share his eye-opening conversations with individuals from all backgrounds, some of whom I have never heard of. And some of whom, I have been familiar with for a long time, yet I did not know the inner-workings of their thinking, life works, mindsets, outlooks on life, or personal habits that could be very inspiring to learn about. Some of my other favorite guests on Rogan’s podcast include Graham Hancock, a controversial writer and journalist, and Kevin Hart, an acclaimed and an inspiring comedian, actor, and producer.

Sometimes I actually think that Joe Rogan may be on his way to becoming one of the most diversely knowledgable people around. This is predominantly based on the fact that as the host of his own podcast show that specializes on bringing individuals from all backgrounds, areas of study, and professions, he is constantly growing his mind through the dissection of material unbeknownst to the greater population around the world.

I recommend you check him out and see what you think for yourself. He is a character that may take time to get used to, but if you give him a chance, you may find him as interesting as I do. I know that the ‘Joe Rogan World’ isn’t for everyone, but don’t let that stop you from discovering other producers who share some of the most interesting conversations found across the world wide web.
